"Since I was a child I have had a passion for telling visual stories with a fantastical twist. Inspired by Japanese manga, art nouveau, and fantasy illustration, my art expresses a variety of emotion and unique characters  not easily forgotten. Each project I work on is centered on the message and mood delivered by the art. I love to engage the viewer through inspiration and inner reflection on the narratives within my art, and how they might relate to those stories and archetypes portrayed. I find much of my inspiration from my dreams and meditations channeled into my art.

In 2016 I graduated from Herron School of Art and Design with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Drawing and Illustration.'' -Mandelyn
